Temperature-rise test

With a temperature-rise test, the object will be tested up to reaching the point of steady temperature condition, according to the rated current, specified by the manufacturer. The examination, significant for all equipment, is considered as passed, when the high temperature, determined at different measuring stations, does not exceed the fixed level specified in the test requirements.

In our temperature-rise laboratory, we test high-voltage and medium- voltage components up to 5.000 A / 100 V AC, three-phase and up to 2.200 A / 10V DC, two pulsing.

We conduct tests on the following devices:
• Switchgear
• Controlgear
• Transformers
• Bushings
• High-voltage fuses
• Collectors
• Clamp-connexions
• etc.

Temperature measurement with thermocouples by digital measurement value logging
• max. 112 measuring facilities
